~ Note: Ohio Law dictates that a veterinarian must have physically examined a pet in the last 12 months in order to perform virtual consultations. If it has been over 12 months since Dr. Harriman has physically seen your pet, please call to schedule an in-clinic exam.

~ You MUST schedule an appointment to utilize the telemedicine platform. This notifies us when you’ll be in the waiting room, and it allows for consent paperwork to be signed as well.

~ Before your appointment, please take a video of the problem and email to thehappytailsvet@gmail.com. Video works better than photos, because pets are wiggly, and it’s much easier to pause a video at a good view than it is to get a good photo.

~ If Dr. Harriman determines an in-clinic exam is necessary, the cost of the virtual consultation will be applied to the in-clinic exam.
